四、Structure brief

a) Drum part:
The drum is the main part of the drum vacuum filter, which is mainly composed of the main shaft, the bearing seat, the air shaft, and the drum body.
The drum body is welded by stainless steel plates, with a ring support ring inside, 20 vacuum chambers are formed on the surface, the vacuum suction filter pipe is made of stainless steel pipe, the drum is integrated with the left and right end covers and the drum body, and the outer wall of the drum is covered with reinforced Polypropylene support mesh. The reinforced polypropylene support net is fixed by dovetail grooves or screens or porous plates made of other materials form the outer filter surface of the drum.
During the vacuum operation, the custom-made filter cloth is wound on the drum and the folding belt transfer device, and the filter cloth and the drum rotate synchronously.
b) Allocation header part:
The distribution head part is the most important part of the filter. Its function is to make each chamber of the drum pass through the holes corresponding to the air shaft, and connect with the parts of the fixed chambers of the filter device in turn, so as to automatically perform suction. Filtration, washing, drying, unloading, washing regenerated filter cloth and other stages of operation. The inlet and outlet of the distribution head are divided into several sections: that is, the control suction filter angle area, the suction filter area, the washing and drying area, and the fold belt unloading filter cloth regeneration area. The extraction of filtrate uses the effect of vacuum to make the drum leave the filter residue on the filter cloth when it enters the suspension, and the filtrate penetrates the filter cake and filter cloth into the vacuum tube of the drum and then is drawn out from the distribution head. The filter residue sucked on the surface of the filter cloth, when the drum turns out of the liquid surface, the moisture in the filter residue will be dried to a certain extent due to the vacuum. Generally, the vacuum degree is 300~650mm Hg (depending on the nature of the suspension and the Depending on the operating conditions), after entering the washing area, it enters the drying area, and finally enters the folding belt unloading area. Since the filter cloth is wound on the unloading roller, the filter cloth changes direction and causes the filter cake to fall off. The unloading area and the filter cloth regeneration area Synthesize a zone, after unloading, the filter cloth is washed and regenerated in the washing tank, and then introduced to the drum to enter the next cycle. In order to ensure that the distribution head can be well sealed, a certain pressure must be maintained between the contact surfaces of the air disc. This pressure must be greater than 1.5 times the pressure difference between the inside and outside. This pressure is generated by the joint action of the spring on the distribution chamber and the vacuum.
c) Storage tank, agitator and folding belt and other parts:
The storage tank is supported and welded by various stainless steel profiles. The part in contact with the material is a stainless steel plate. The cross section is roughly semicircular. There is a mouth to ensure that the liquid level of the suspension in the storage tank is maintained at a certain height, and there is a sewage outlet at the bottom of the tank. There are two bearing seats on both ends of the storage tank, which are respectively used to install the drive shaft and the air shaft. The side of the storage tank is equipped with brackets on the left and right, which are used to install the folding part. On the brackets, unloading rollers, tensioning rollers, belt folding rollers, unloading blowback devices, scraping plates, spray pipes, liquid collection tanks, etc. are installed. The unloading blowback device and the scraper unloading device are used to unload the filter residue on the filter cloth, and the gap between the scraper plate and the filter belt can be adjusted appropriately. The agitator bracket is installed at the lower end of the bearing seats on both sides of the storage tank. The agitator is welded by stainless steel. Driven by the motor, it swings back and forth through the connection between the crank and the pull rod to stir the slurry in the tank so that the slurry will not settle in the storage tank.
d) Filter cloth regeneration washing device
The filter cloth washing device of the belt-folding drum vacuum filter is composed of a washing tank and a support rod installed on it, a guide rod, a tension rod, a spray washing pipe, a discharge scraper and a transmission system for driving the expansion rod. The washing tank is an open bucket box made of welded steel plates. There is a discharge outlet for washing waste liquid at the bottom, and one side of the washing tank is fixed on the storage tank with screws. The cloth rod is installed on the uppermost part of the tank to support the filter cloth. The guide rod is installed close to the drum, and plays the role of guiding the filter cloth. The tensioning rod is installed in the chute opened in the middle of the tank body, and the tops of both ends of the rod are respectively connected with the adjusting screw with a hand wheel. Turning the hand wheel can make the tension rod move up and down along the chute, thus playing the role of tensioning the filter cloth and correcting the deviation of the filter cloth. In the corresponding part of the washing tank, a pair of spray pipes are installed to wash the front and back sides of the filter cloth with water. An angle-adjustable material guide scraper is installed on the outermost side of the washing tank to accept and unload the filter residue.
The filter cloth cleaning device of the scraper unloading vacuum filter is generally spray washing.
e). Filter cake washing device
The filter cake washing device is composed of spray frame, spray pipe and so on. The spray pipe is installed above the spray frame, and the spray frame is mounted on the liquid storage tank. The number of spray pipes can be increased or decreased according to the washing requirements of different filter materials; the installation position of the spray pipe can be adjusted arbitrarily along the long groove on the spray pipe arch according to the user's needs, so as to achieve the best washing effect.
F ) Scraper unloading device
The scraper unloading filter is an ordinary scraper installed on one side of the tank, and the angle can be adjusted to remove the filter cake adsorbed on the filter cloth.
The filter with folding belt unloading uses the unloading stick to suddenly turn the filter cloth to unload the filter cake, and an angle-adjustable scraper is installed outside the filter cloth washing tank to accept and unload the filter cake.
The scraper device of the pre-coating filter is relatively complicated, which is divided into manual and automatic feeding. According to different filtration requirements, winding devices, spray washing devices and filter cloth regeneration devices can also be added.
